Scoopa D’Poop & Removal FAQ
How often should dog poop removal services be scheduled?
That depends on your pup’s habits—some dogs are more generous with their deposits than others. We offer various service frequencies: twice per week, once per week, bi-weekly, twice per month, every three weeks, once per month, and one-time cleanings. Pricing is based on the number of dogs and the frequency of visits. For one or two dogs, bi-weekly cleanings usually work best. If you have more than two, we recommend weekly service.
Do you offer both residential and commercial poop scooping?
Yes! We provide services for both residential and commercial properties. For commercial work, we’re proud members of Netvendor and Vendor Café. We’re also open to new commercial opportunities, regardless of third-party vendor authentication.

What areas around Colorado Springs do you cover?
We currently cover Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Peyton, and Monument. If your location isn’t listed but is nearby, just ask—we might be able to work something out!
What happens to the dog waste after it’s picked up?
We bag the waste and place it in the trash bin you provide, so you don’t have to lift a finger. If you forget to leave a bin outside, we triple-bag it and leave it in a discreet but visible spot.
Do I need to be home during the cleanup service?
Nope! As long as your gate is unlocked and your yard is safe for our technician, we can handle the job while you go about your day.
Are your services safe for pets and kids?
Absolutely! The only risk is that your yard will be so clean your pets and kids might never want to leave it.
Can you scoop if my dog is in the yard during your visit?
As long as your pup is friendly and not an escape artist, we’re happy to work alongside them. If your dog is aggressive, overly excited, or prone to making daring breakouts, we kindly ask that they stay inside during our visit.
What if my gate is locked or there’s no access?
If we can’t get in, we’ll have to skip that day’s cleaning. You can choose whether we return later in the week or resume service on your next regularly scheduled cleaning.
Do you offer one-time cleanups for special occasions or emergencies?
Yes! If you’re a subscriber, one-time cleanings for special occasions or emergencies are included at no extra charge.
What’s included in your standard dog poop removal service?
Simple: We scoop all the poop in your yard and place it in the bin you provide.
How do you price your services—by the week, month, or per visit?
We bill monthly, with pre-billing on the first of the month for simplicity. We can break pricing down per visit if you’d like, and while monthly billing is preferred, we can accommodate other options.
What if the weather is bad on my scheduled service day?
If the weather makes cleaning impossible, we’ll skip that day and either return later in the week or resume your regular schedule.
Can you remove waste for multiple dogs or larger yards?
Yes! We clean for up to six dogs. Got more than six? Let’s chat—we might be able to work something out.
Do you sanitize or deodorize the area after cleanup?
We offer these services as add-ons. Let us know your needs, and we’ll provide details.
Is hole-filling for dog digs included or available as an add-on?
Yes, we offer hole-filling services! We’re not professional landscapers, but we can fill the hole. This service is an add-on, and pricing depends on the size and material required.
Can you clean up after animals other than dogs, like horses?
Yes! We handle waste from horses, donkeys, and other equine species. However, we do not clean up after chickens due to disease concerns like bird flu.
Do you install and maintain pet waste stations for HOAs or businesses?
Yes! Contact us for details on pet waste station installation.
Do you offer signs or reminders for pet waste pickup compliance?
We do! Call us for details on signage installation.

What forms of payment do you accept, and is there a contract required?
